After - 28 year old woman. 5 months post - op. Tip retrodisplaced and narrowed, profile adjusted. We usually do not show post - op photos before 18 months, but this patient moved out of state; and we do not anticipate any significant changes in her nose over the ensuing 18 months except loss of a bit more swelling in the tip.
