To setup a consultation, please email us at info@drbentkover.com or call us directly at 508-363-6500. If you are emailing us, please indicate whether you would like to be contacted by email or phone. A member of our staff will then contact you to set up an appointment for a consultation with Dr. Bentkover. 

For a one hour consultation, we require a non-refundable $150 deposit. For a 30 minute consultation, we require a $100 non-refundable deposit.  You may use a credit card, a debit card, or cash to secure your appoinment. We accept Visa, Mastercard,  and American Express. 

Consultation Fees:

• Full Facial Evaluaton, 1 hour: $150
• Rhinoplasty Consultation, 1 hour: $150
• Facial Filler, Botox or Dysport Consulttion, 30 minutes: $100.  If you have a treatment that day, $50 will be applied to the treatment. 
• Laser Consultation, 30 minutes: $100
• Tattoo Removal Consultation, 30 minutes: $100
• Skin Care Consultation with the aesthetic nurse, 30 minutes: $60
• Hyperpigmentation Consultation with aesthetic nurse, 30 minutes: $60
